This is a personal webpage representing personal views , recommendations and earlier reports sent to different authorities in Dubai advising  to manage the demand of the excessively rising Electric Power rates from 1993 . 

Currently , with the introduction of District Cooling Services , we decided to add few more tech views concerning the HVAC in general ,and in District Cooling in particular .
